This story caught my eye and I read it with anger, then with sympathy, and then finally wondered when the rubber meets the road, would I want to send someone to jail for nine years for spamming. I’ll be mulling over this case during the weekend and of course would love to hear comments.

Very interesting. I detest spammers, but nine years seems a bit stiff….
