Netflix announced today that it is going Blu-ray exclusive. It was the same day I ordered one of these.

Sorry Andy! After buying into Beta, I was afraid I was jinxed by buying into Blu-Ray–but I guess it was my turn not to be caught with an orphan format this time.
Now whether Samsung will issue a comprehensive and continuing set of firmware updates for my BD-P1200 is another question….

You would probably be completely embarrassed by my dvd player that is about 5 years old. People have confused it for a vhs player because its is kind of big. Despite all this I am glad I am waiting to see wins the high-def war hah.
